Joseph R. Kroll, 68, of Manchester, loving partner of over 20 years to Marsha Batt of Manchester, formerly of Vernon, died on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Joe was born on February 29, 1948 in Philadelphia, PA son of the late Charles and Leolla Kroll. He was raised in Pennsylvania, attended local school and was a 1966 graduate of William Tennent High School. Joe was a veteran of the US Navy serving his country aboard a submarine during the Vietnam War. He earned his Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science Technology from Three Rivers Community College.
