Joseph Michael “Mike” Robinson, age 45, of West Sun Street, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020, at his residence.
Born February 14, 1975, in Ashland, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Donald and Ida Blackburn Robinson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lorie Nuckols; mother-in-law, Kathy Richardson; and special friend, Clifford Richardson.
Mike is survived by his wife, Lynn Richardson Robinson, whom he married August 29, 2007; three children: Hasten Richardson of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Ashleigh Richardson of Morehead, and Sarah Richardson, who was living in the home; four grandchildren: Aiden, Wade, and Stella Richardson, Kendall Aregood, and another expected in June 2021.
Also surviving are three sisters: Dawna Wagoner of Sandy Hook, Kentucky, Jennifer Bogue of Richmond, Kentucky, and Mary Robinson of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; one brother: Kenneth Robinson of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; father-in-law, Jeff Richardson of Morehead; nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
Mike had worked in several restaurants in the area. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, doing yard work and watching U.K. basketball.
