Joseph Lee Duncan son of the late Joseph L. Duncan Sr. and Anna Mae Singleton departed this world to go walk in Heaven with the lord.

Joe was born April 1, 1925 in Gainesville Florida. He worked at John Wright INC in Federalsburg, MD, as a machine mechanic and proceeded to Draper King Cole in Milton, Delaware where he retired. After being retired for a while he decided he would like to return to work.

Joe was first affiliated at Spirit and Life Tabernacle in Greenwood, Delaware with Pastor Roy G. Murray. He was a member of Greater New Hope Ministries in Preston, MD under Bishop Dane A. Coleman and first Lady Levita Coleman. His favorite hymn was “What a Mighty God We Serve”

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 70 years Della M. Duncan. Four wonderful children; Robert L. Duncan (Vanessa) of Preston, MD, Oretta Duncan of Federalsburg, MD, Joseph A. Duncan of Seaford, DE and Ginger Duncan of Cambridge, MD, several grandchildren; Anissa M. Parker, Robert A. Duncan (Antionette), Joseph A. Duncan Jr. (Tyniesha), Rhonda V. Crumble, Jermane D. Duncan (Tykia), Catrina L. Bailey (Ken), Jerryl A. Duncan, Tysha M. Duncan, Janika A. Duncan, Jonothan O. Duncan (Chree), Terrae Batson and Shontronel A. Duncan, 25 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
