Joseph “Joe” J. Lauri, 92, born Nov. 29, 1922 in Brooklyn, NY, to Felix and Lucy Lauri. Joe was predeceased by his beloved wife of 43 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Lauri. He is survived by his children, Joseph (Frances) and James (Laura), grandchildren; Justin (Colleen), Jonathan, Kristina (Charles) Corbett, Kathleen Lauri, brother Kenneth (Marguerite), sisters; Louise Roth and Patricia Bailey. He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy Urban. Joe served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army with the 124th Calvary. He was part of the Mars Task Force in Burma.
