Joseph L. Vasquez, 74, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the longtime companion of Ward Duffy.
Born in Allentown, Joe was the son of the late Clementi and Amelia (Aurelia) Vasquez. He served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, and later enjoyed working in a number of jobs. He was a bartender, a truck driver, a warehouse worker, and an assembly line worker, all in various industries. He loved to read, and greatly enjoyed science fiction.
Survivors: companion Ward Duffy. Joe was predeceased by his brothers, Albert and Jesus.
