Joseph Kiraly, age 89, of Fairfield, beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Nagy Kiraly, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the West Haven VA Medical Center. Born in Fairfield, the son of the late Stephen and Margaret Kiraly, he had been a lifelong town resident. Mr. Kiraly graduated from Roger Ludlowe High School and received his BS in Civil Engineering from Yale University in 1947. While at Yale he enrolled in the Naval ROTC program and was commissioned an Ensign upon graduation.
