Joseph John Wuest, age 73, of Gulf Breeze, Fl., passed away on September 27, 2020, in Gulf Breeze, Fl.
Joseph was born in Cincinnati, OH, on August 24, 1947. He graduated from Elder High School. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy and served two tours in Vietnam. Upon coming home, he was stationed at NAS Whiting Field as a member of their crash crew teams. Later he joined UPS as a manager. When Joseph was not working, he enjoyed building fishing rods, volunteering with Gulf Breeze Police Department, and local child advocacy organizations.
Joseph is preceded in death by his wife, Karen Wuest, and daughter, Allison Wuest.
Joseph is survived by his sons, Joseph “Joey” Wuest of Gulfport, MS. and Andrew Wuest of Gulf Breeze, FL.; daughter, Jill Huntsinger of Mobile, AL.
