Akczinski; his lovely sister, Terry Gull; and his late parents, Joseph, Sr. and Sylvia Akczinski. Joseph was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1950. He was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland. He was a member of the United States Army from 1968 to 1970. He was then self employed in Construction for many years. Joseph was a member of the V.F.W. and the American Legion. He enjoyed many hobbies in life, including boating.
