Joseph “Joe” Allen McAfee, 66 of Denver, Colorado passed away peacefully June 13, 2019 with his family by his side. He was born February 1, 1953 to Dorothy and Jim McAfee.
Joe attended Manuel High School where he later graduated. He was so talented athletically, that he played All State High School Football. Joe went on to own several car washes through the years and later retired after a very successful career.
His family will fondly remember him for his quick wit and sharp tongue. Joe had a wicked sense of humor that he would share with anyone he encountered. He was generous to a fault and would do anything within his power to help others. He was a wonderful cook that put his heart into the soul food dishes he hand crafted for his family.
