Joseph J. Dlouhy, 71, of Franklinton, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018. He was born in New Jersey, a son of the late Joseph and Stella Dlouhy. He was a beloved husband, father and avid fisherman. Joseph, also a stain glass enthusiast, took great pride in keeping his lawn impeccable. Joseph is survived by his wife of 45 years, Katharine (Burns) Dlouhy, daughter Dawn Dlouhy and stepson, Anthony Tormino.
