He was the brother of Evelyn Costa Latta and Claire Costa both of Attleboro and the late Mary Ann (Costa) Harwood. He also leaves mother-in-law, Milly Puleo of Attleboro, an aunt, Toni Vieira of Pawtucet, RI, two grandchildren, Joseph William Tremblay of ME and Ella Ann Hall of Plymouth and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
