Joseph J. Arcarese, 89 of Jackson, NJ died on Thursday August 25, 2022. He was born in Pittston, Pa and lived in Cranbury Manor, NJ and Winter Haven, FL before moving to Jackson, NJ two years ago. Joseph was a Corporal in the Marine Corps from 1953-1955 where he was awarded an Expert Rifleman Medal. He worked in the Accounting Department for IBM for 25 years and then as a Docket Clerk for the U.S. District Court in Newark, NJ. Joseph was a parishioner at St. Anthony Padua in Hightstown, NJ where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus becoming a 4th, Degree Knight.
Joseph was an avid athlete his entire life, playing on a Senior softball league well into his seventies. He enjoyed going to the gym, golf and fishing. Foremost he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Joseph is predeceased by his parents Salvatore and Lillian Arcarese and his wife Catherine Arcarese.
Surviving are his children Dean Arcarese and his wife Joyce of Jackson, NJ and Denise Reynolds and her husband Jon of Jackson, NJ and his grandchildren Jillian and Joseph Arcarese.
