Joseph Henry Sutton, Jr., 73, of Severn, passed away on October 2, 2016, at his home. Joseph was born in Kinston, North Carolina, to the late Charlotte and Joseph Sutton. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from North Carolina AandT in Business Administration and went on to serve his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant E-4 from 1966-1970.
