Joseph Frank Russo, 83, of Milford, beloved husband of the late Eleanor (Tiso) Russo, departed this life on Friday, August, 18, 2006 at Milford Health Care Center, surrounded by his loving family. Joseph was born on May 14, 1923 in Portchester, NY, son of the late Paul and Mary (Cianciullo) Russo. Joseph served during World War II in the Army in the 386th Anti-Aircraft. He worked as a mechanic for consolidated Diesel. Joseph will be lovingly remembered by family and friends as a loving and giving man. He will be sadly missed by his three children: Marianne Gruel and her husband Stanley of Windsor, Deborah Juran and her husband David of Milford, and Paula Russo of New Milford. He is also survived by one brother, Anthony Russo of FL. He also leaves 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Besides his wife and parents Joseph is preceded in death by one brother, Louis Russo.
