He is survived by loving wife Teresa Powell and children, Nicole Powell Ledford and her husband Landon, Joseph Powell, lll and his wife Tammy, Marcie Vinnacombe and her husband Ken, grandchildren, Jacob and Johannah Vinnacombe, Kinsleigh and Hallie Ledford and Joseph, Samuel, and Anna Powell. He is also survived by brother Timothy Powell, sister Linda Curry and her husband Richard and special friends Belinda Batts, Shirley Allen, Jason Griffith and Jobie Carter.
