Joseph F. Czelusniak, 90, of 621 Valley St. Willimantic, formerly of Scotland, husband of Helen (Breault) Czelusniak, died Tuesday March 5, 2002 at the Windham Hospital. He was born Jan. 29, 1912 in Willimantic the son of John and Catherine (Stoij) Czelusniak. He was a communicant of St. Margaret’s Chapel in Scotland and was retired from the Kendall Corporation in N. Windham. In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 brothers; George of Willimantic and Francis of Columbia, 4 sisters; Vicki Sotek of Whitinsville, Mass., Helen Beaudry of S. Windsor, Evangeline Jurovaty and Martha LaFramboise both of Columbia and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Mary Buczynski and 2 brothers Stanley and Edward.
