Joseph Edward Bulluss, Sr., of Cromwell, husband of Rita Marie (Maillet) Bulluss, passed away on Monday, May 21st at his home after a battle with Parkinson’s disease and cancer. Born on October 6, 1932 in Bristol, he was the son of late James Arthur and Marie Rose (Schilling) Bulluss.
