Joseph “Joe” Edgar Fincher, Jr., 79, Macy, Indiana, passed away at 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Blair Ridge Health Campus, Peru, Indiana.
Born October 17, 1935, in Roann, Indiana, he was the son of Joseph Edgar, Sr., and Ruth A. Webb Fincher.
An active supporter of the 4-H program, Joe was the Photography Superintendent for over twenty-five years in Miami County and taught photography workshops to 4-H members in Miami and other counties as well as judging in many different counties.
Surviving with his wife are four children, Joseph “Ed” Fincher III and wife Donna; David Fincher and wife Donna, Rochester; Paul Fincher and wife Sheryl, Pasco, WA; and Shelli Fincher, Peru; grandchildren, Lynette (Tom) Mollett, Michael (Angie) Fincher, Jason (Lindsay) Fincher, all of Rochester; Sam Murphy, Indianapolis; Sara (Rey) Garza, St.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law, William Baich, and sister-in-law, Suzan Fincher.
