Joe Parker, 83, passed away quietly on Sunday, Oct. 8. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ilona, their six children and spouses, and their 12 grandchildren.
He was a highly-regarded retired NASA engineer who last worked on the shuttle program. He is known for his love of Studebakers, antique cars, and his ham radio community.
