Mr. Joseph C. Shrowang, 86, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014 at his home in Newnan. He was born June 15, 1927 in Lostant, Illinois to the late Carl Schrowang & Regina Hoppo Schrowang. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his five siblings. Joe lived in Orange County, California for many years before moving to Newnan fifteen years ago. He was a longtime meat cutter for Von’s Supermarkets in California.
