Joseph Bradley Payne, 75, of Glen Burnie, passed away on April 27, 2016. He was an active member of the Glen Burnie Elks and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Glunz Payne; and grandson, Michael Stuples.
Joseph is survived by his daughter, Jennifer P. Stuples Pinkosz; grandsons, Christopher and Joshua Stuples; six great-grandchildren, Steven, Kailyn, Addison, Carter, Josh Jr. and Mason; and two brothers, Jerry and Gene Payne.
