Joseph B. Hunt, 73, Anderson, died April 28, 2009 at his residence. He was born January 9, 1936 in Lebanon, Indiana, and resided in Anderson most of his life. Joseph served his country in the US Navy.
He retired after 30 years of service from Delco Remy Division of General Motors. Joseph was a member of Faith Assembly of God; the UAW Local #662 and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.
He loved fishing, walking and hunting. He is survived by his sister, Loretta Marilyn Harmon of Anderson; nephew, Mark Harmon and great nephew, Steve Likens.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl J. & Loretta F. Caplinger Hunt and nine brothers & sisters.
