Ross was what you would call a “metal head” the very best that the 1980’s hair and glam metal offered soothed Joe’s mind and healed his heart. He was a huge music fan who rocked like a hurricane. He was also; positive, understanding, caring and compassionate. Voices, a thousand, thousand voices, Whispering, the time has passed for choices. The golden days have passed us over and on Sunday December 20, 2020 Joseph A. Ross passed away at Virtua-Lourdes Hospital in Camden.

Joe was born in Camden and had been a lifetime resident of Collingswood. He was an 80’s rock baby who erupted for Van Halen.

Joe is survived by his son Christopher and his parents Glenn E., Sr. & his wife Joan (nee Bansky) Ross. He is the brother of Glenn, Jr. & his wife Kathy and Nancy & her husband Fred Brander. He is also survived by his nephew Robert, his wife Laura Smith and their children Lillian, McKenzie, Scarlet, his niece Jennifer & her husband Matthew Scopetta, his dear friend Kenneth Waller and his feline fur babies Nipper, Moisha and Holly.
