Jose Luis Hernandez Gonzalez, December 9, 1956 – November 25, 2012.
Mr. Hernandez Gonzalez was born December 9, 1956 in Durango, Mexico the son of Juan Hernandez and Estela Gonzalez. He married Bertha Gonzalez February 14, 1976 in Mexico. He graduated from college in Mexico with a degree in Agricultural Engineering.
He worked for the government of Durango for many years. In 1998 the family moved from Mexico to Belton. Mr. Hernandez Gonzalez and his wife opened the El Paisa Taco Stand Restaurant shortly after moving to Belton. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his sister Alma Andino.
Survivors include his wife Bertha Hernandez of Belton, fours sons, Luis Rolando Hernandez of Belton, Luis Paholo Hernandez of Mexico, Luis Osiel Hernandez of Belton, Jose Luis Hernandez of Belton; two daughters Blanca Alondra Hernandez of Belton and Paola Hernandez of Belton; two brothers Javier Hernandez of Dallas and Juan Alverto Hernandez of Indiana; two sisters Claudia Hernandez of Mexico and Blanca Hernandez of Mexico; five grandchildren.
