Mr. Johnathan Willis was born to Thomas and Clozell Willis on December 29, 1975 in Meridian, Mississippi.
In 1994, he graduated from Choctaw County High School in Butler, AL. In 1998, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Alabama A & M University in Normal, AL.
After graduating from college, Jonathan moved to Atlanta, GA and worked for many years before returning home to Yantley, AL and worked as a security guard at Georgia Pacific. He spend his time serving his community in any way possible. He loved to working with children and was a Coach in the Butler Youth Football League.
One of his greatest accomplishments in his life was being a father to his beautiful daughter Skyla Millwood. He enjoyed his time being a disc jockey, talking about sports, riding his 4-wheeler with the Down South 4-Wheeler Riders, and most of all hanging out with family and friends. He enjoyed his life to the fullest all the way up until his health declined.
He departed this life on January 30, 2020 in Jackson, Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his parents.
His memories will forever be cherished by Skyla Millwood (Daughter); Erica D. Tanks (Sister), John Tanks (Brother-in-Law), Jonderic Tanks (Nephew), Azia Tanks (Niece); Lavira Willis (Sister), Jaxon Thomas Ford (Nephew); and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
