Jon L. Foster, age 57, of Middleboro, formerly of Weymouth, passed away on Monday, September 27th, at the Toby Hospital in Wareham. He was the devoted husband of Catherine S. (Fisher) Foster. Loving father of Jon Foster, Jacob Foster, both of Middleboro, and the late Joseph Foster. Jon was the son of Priscilla J. (Boddie) Bailey and her partner Rodman “Skippy” Nickerson, and the late James M. Foster and his wife Karen Foster. He was the brother of James Foster and his wife Norma of Pembroke, Kathleen Bartlett and her husband John of Plymouth, Kenny Lewis and his wife Jenni of East Bridgewater, and Kevin Lewis of Randolph. Jon was born in Brunswick ME, on October 1, 1963. He was a graduate of Weymouth High School. Jon went on to make his career as a finish carpenter for the Carpenters Local 327. Jon was a strong man who was very proud of his Irish heritage.
