Mr. Sprouse was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie James Sprouse; and Ocie Eaton Sprouse: eight brothers; and four sisters.
Mr. Sprouse is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Nellie Sprouse, of Okeechobee, Florida; son, Jerry Michael Sprouse, of Kittanning, Pennsylvania; one granddaughter, Jordan Sprouse of, Kittanning, Pennsylvania; brother, Bob Sprouse, of Burnie, Missouri.
