Johnnie S. Hulgan, 92 of Rossville, died Tuesday evening, June 30th, at her home. She was the widow of the late Sidney R. Hulgan, and was preceded in death by her two sons: Sidney C. (Diane) Hulgan and R. Lamar Hulgan, and her three sisters: Wilma Miller, Rita Lamkin and Elsie Copeland. She is survived by two daughters: Janet J. Hulgan, and Faye (Gene) Wolfe, both of Chattanooga; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildlren.
