He is survived by his mother, Barbara Allen and his step father, Melvin Paul Allen, Metamora; grandmother, Violet Creech, San Pablo, CA; one brother, Brian Paul Allen, Metamora; three sisters, Jo-Ann Abbate, Brentwood, CA, Lucy-Ann Keamohuli-Tatupu, Stockton, CA, Tracy-Ann Allen, New Madison, OH; 11 nieces, 3 nephews, and 1 on the way; 2 grand nieces, 5 grand nephews; numerous cousins and extended family in Hawaii.
