Mr. Allen is preceded in death by his parents; Albert and Evelyn. He is survived by his beloved wife; Shirley Allen one daughter; Teresa Davenport, two grandchildren; Devon Davenport and Tara Davenport, one sister; Audrey Vaughn, two brothers; Albert “Bert” Allen, and Steven Allen, and many other family and friends.
