John Cammarano, age 99, of Milford, beloved husband of the late Naomia Benway Cammarano, died on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. John was born in New Haven on March 6, 1922, to the late Michael and Myrtle McGraw Cammarano. He was a proud veteran of the US Army and served during WWII.
Survivors include his children: Valerie Urban (Anthony) of Milford and Paula Daisey (Craig) of SC, seven grandchildren, Danielle Cammarano, Steven Patchell (Heather), Timothy Patchell (Christina), Joseph Urban (Jodi), Lindsay (Vinny) Tomlinson, Kelley (Nick) Castler and Jason Daisey (Christina), seven great-grandchildren and extended family, William, and Kathleen Terry. John is predeceased by his son, Robert Cammarano, brothers; Raymond, Michael and James Cammarano and sisters, Carol and Rosemary Cammarano.
