John W Brown, Jr., 74, of Rocky Hill died Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the State Veterans Home.
Mr. Brown was born on April 10, 1947 in Brattleboro, Vermont, son of John W. Brown, Sr.
John served his country proudly in the Vietnam War as a soldier in the US Army. He also worked at General Dynamics for any years as a nuclear welder in the submarine reactors.
Mr. Brown is survived by his son and two daughters, James Brown and Misty Rowe of Gales Ferry, Becky Brown of New London and Jennifer Olechnicki and husband Michael Olechnicki of East Haddam. He is also survived by his three grandchildren Zachary Brown, Jacob Olechnicki and Mckayla Olechnicki as well as one brother George Brown and wife Sheila Brown of New Hampshire.
