He was preceded in death by his father Tony “Babe” Garcia, Jr., mother Nella B. Garcia, brother Ralph Garcia and sister Margarette Sheldon.
John is survived by his wife of 35 years Lorella Garcia; sons: Anthony Garcia (Susan), Robert Garcia; daughters: Tina Orozco (Domonic), Jolene Herrera (Martin), also 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
