John Thomas Hendrickson, 71, of Grafton, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Grafton, July 29, 1939, son of the late John Henry and Mary Margaret Densmore Hendrickson. He retired from WV Plastics as a shipping and receiving clerk. Surviving is his wife of 48 years, Barbara Sue DeMoss Hendrickson; five children, Richard Lee Hendrickson and wife Amy, Mercersburg, PA, James Roy Hendrickson and wife Melissa, Berkeley Springs, John Allen Hendrickson, Grafton, Jackie Sue Canfield and husband Jamie, Grafton, Robert Dale Hendrickson and wife Donna, Grafton; and nineteen grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, George Richard Hendrickson and one sister, Donna Jean Summers. John enjoyed the outdoors: hunting, fishing, and hiking. He would work out at the gym regularly.
