Town Creek – Mr. John W. Terry, 83, of Town Creek died Tuesday May 11, 2021 at his residence. He was born, July 29, 1937, to Gilbert Terry and Bessie Terry. He was a member of the Alabama National Guard. He attended Faith Church in Florence. He enjoyed taking care of his farm, going to the beach, mountains and watching Alabama football and basketball. He was inducted into the Lawrence County Sports Hall of Fame in 2006. He was preceded in death by his parents, son – John Gilbert Terry
