Born in Doylestown, he was a son of the late Franklin D. and Lena (Fretz). Stever . He was a veteran of the United States Army. Surviving with his wife sisters, Bebe Gerhart (Wayne), Rosemary Stever (Joseph) all of Quakertown; nieces, nephew, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
