Beloved father of Ronald A. Decker and his wife Susan and Anthony S. Decker. Devoted grandfather of Allison, Matthew, Tyler and Carley. Brother of Cliff Voris. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and loving friends. John was a member of the Masonic Liberty Lodge #219.
