CARY – Mr. John Raymond Mosser, Sr., 52, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021, at his home.
Mr. Mosser was born October 27, 1968 in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Beverly (Mistarz) Mosser; son, John Mosser, Jr. and wife Catherine of Cary, NC; daughters, Brandi Mosser Hale and husband Luke of Apex, NC and Kaylie Mosser of Cary, NC; parents, Raymond and Marlene Mosser of Cary, NC (formerly of Chicago, IL); sisters, Patty Mosser of Cary, NC, and Mary Mosser and Lizzy Soreghen (husband Scott) of Chicago IL.
Mr. Mosser was employed as Chief Information Officer at Benefit Resource, Inc where he was very passionate about his work and being a great leader. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Cary. John enjoyed coaching sports including soccer, for which he was also a referee, basketball, baseball, and softball. He enjoyed family events where he was welcoming to so many and always the life of the party. He loved the beach, exercising, telling silly dad jokes, playing with the four family pups, and was a wonderful handyman. He loved his family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, and brother.
