He is survived by his wife, Rosemary, 3 children, Carolyn (Mark) Caldwell, of Utica, John Fencel, of Gulfport, MS, and Robert (Carmen) Fencel, of Laredo, TX, 4 grandchildren, and 2 sisters Linda (Earl) Devine, of Seneca and Shirley (Sam) Harshbarger, of Oquawka, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Jeanette Gibbons.
