John Robert “Bob” Donohue passed away in Marcella Nursing Center in Burlington Township on Tuesday at the age of 94. He was born in Philadelphia and served his country honorably during World War II in the US Army Air Corp serving of a PBY doing submarine patrol. He worked as a sales representative for Batesville Casket Company and then went on to enjoy his retirement.
He enjoyed traveling to Europe and South America. Bob was an avid golfer and belonged to Burlington County Country Club, where he recently received an honor as a lifetime member. He was predeceased by his wife Crystal (Nee: Potts) and his brothers: Albert, Joseph and Val. He is survived by several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
