John Penezic Jr.
Grandpa Penezic was born in Boston, Massachusetts to immigrant parents who sought the freedom he would come to cherish and defend. His family relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where he graduated from high school. Grandpa Penezic then joined the US Navy, serving in Vietnam, before meeting the love of his life at Pt. Hueneme, California. A creator, he took true enjoyment from woodworking, technology, and seeing dreams come to life.
Grandpa Penezic is survived by his loving wife, older brother, and 27 people who were blessed to have him in their life as a dad and mentor in life. Grandpa Penezic leaves this world with 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and an entire community of loving people. He is preceded in death by a treasured daughter who only briefly graced this world, Tracy, and his loving parents who gave us all a steadfast source of strength.
