John P. Rusczyk, 51, of New Britain, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at THOCC-New Britain. Born to Francis J. and JoAnn (Wodarski) Rusczyk, he was a special person who was loved by all who knew him. His three most favorite things in the world were: doing arts & crafts, listening to country music and spending time with his best buddy, Alexis Salgado. In addition to his parents, left to mourn John’s passing are his sister, Laura Rusczyk and his brothers: Richard Rusczyk and his wife, Cheryl, Joseph Rusczyk and his wife, Fay, Paul Rusczyk and his fiancée, Mary Sypek; his nieces and nephews: Alexander, Matthew, Amanda, Marissa, Jonathan and Erica Rusczyk and Jordan Sypek, and aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his “2nd Family” at CJ’s. John was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Alexander and Mary Rusczyk; his maternal grandparents, Edmund and Mary Wodarski and his nephew, Kevin Francis Rusczyk. The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of the ER and CCU Departments at THOCC-NB for their care and support.
