John Norman Hulla, 70, of Westminster, died Thursday, September 29, 2016, at his residence. Born February 24, 1946, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Ann Quinn Hulla and Dr. Jarslov Hulla. He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn M. (Fearer) Hulla.
He worked 39 years as an English Teacher for Baltimore City Public Schools. He also worked for Baltimore County Recreation and Parks during the summers. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Westminster; where he was active in the church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son N. Jerry Hulla of Texas and a daughter M. Michele Fehr of Westminster, a brother Carroll Hulla of Texas and grandchildren Ridge Long and Aidan Fehr.
