John “Jack” Telban, a Fountain Hills resident for 4 years, passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 63. He is preceded in death by his father, John Telban. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Louise Telban, 2 sons John and Matt (Gabi), daughter Lauren (Mark), mother Audrey, brother Bob (Marilyn) sister Charlene (Dick). Also survived by a host of wonderful family and friends.
Jack was born and lived most his life in Rochester, New York until he sold his business, retired, and moved to Arizona in 2016. Jack was a true family man; you could hardly ever find him without his high school sweetheart and wife Louise by his side. He enjoyed golf, watching the Miami Dolphins, trips to Vegas, a nice steak, and a little Tanqueray.
Jack’s family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
