John McGregor was born on May 15, 1950 to his parents Watt and Willie Mae McGregor in Quanah Texas. John was the tenth child of twelve children. The family relocated to Denver Colorado in 1952.
John received his formal education through the Denver Public School System
John was the father of two daughters, Korrie Fion Sanders and Randee TeNeil Estes and
stepfather to Jody and Ms. La La he was also the grandfather of seven grandchildren:
Yaunee LaCrae Adams, Lance LaRoy Sanders, Leonard Brice, IV,
Lekhari Brice and Lailah Fion Brice, Kennedi Butler and Nathaniel Edward Estes, III who preceded him in death
John was self-employed as a professional interstate truck driver who enjoyed listening to music especially Jazz. He will be remembered as someone who was always dressed to perfection.
He was a devote Jehovah Witness and often times when you went to his home he was studying the Holy Scripters. He was faithful to his commitment to Jehovah.
John married Beverly Bell in 1999 and they shared a happy union of marriage for 21 years. The both of them enjoyed entertaining family and friends at home.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish many happy memories include his wife Beverly and his siblings Earl, Joyce, Joann and Willie and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
