John Marshall “Jack” Perkins, Jr. age 93 of Annandale, VA passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Navy as a submariner and in the Navy reserves. He was born in Georgia and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a Sea Scout which sparked his desire to join the Navy. While on Naval assignment in Philadelphia,he met and married his beloved wife, of 69 years, Josephine Carol Perkins. Jack was a devoted husband and father and is survived by his wife Josephine ,their children and their families; John M. Perkins, III and his wife Faith P.
