John M. “Jack” Garcsar, 74, of Walnutport, formerly of Salisbury Twp., passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, October 2, 2010, in his home. He was the husband of Nancy (Wieand) Garcsar for 50 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Julius and Elizabeth (Shosh) Garcsar. Jack was a salesman in the Lehigh Valley for many years until retiring. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Walnutport, and also a member and volunteer of the Eastern Salisbury Fire Co. Jack was a Dallas Cowboys fan. Survivors: he will be lovingly remembered by his wife Nancy at home; daughter Samantha Germano and her husband Matthew of Catasauqua; grandsons Logan and Colin.
