Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jackson Haizlip of the home; two sons, John Hardy Haizlip of Washington, D.C. and Norman Gary Haizlip of Cheverly, Md.; one sister, Levolia Haizlip Goolsby of Washington, D.C.; three nieces, Lois H.
