John Leonard Silengo passed away peacefully on December 4, 2021, at the age of 95. After graduating from Canon City High School, he joined the United States Army. Following his return from Korea, John met his soon-to-be wife of 57 years, Donna Reeves, and married on July 29, 1949.
John is survived by three daughters, Linda (Jerry) Hileman, Karen Hansen, and Laura (Mike) McDaniels; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-grandson, and his faithful dog, Bugsy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Alice Silengo; wife, Donna Silengo; and great-granddaughter, Reign Ivy Johnson.
