John Lee Eggleston, age 63, of New York City and Milford, passed away quietly on May 19, 2007, in Cabrini Hospice, Manhattan, NY, after a long illness. John was the son of the late Dr. John Eggleston and his wife Helen of Milford and Stratford, CT. John was a graduate of Milford High School, Yale University and Union Theological Seminary. He served in Lutheran ministry in Brooklyn, New York, before working for the Children’s Aid Society, the Metropolitan Opera and the New York Transit Authority, before his retirement.
